3. Towel PullUp.

To perform this exercise you gotta attach a towel to a pullup bar and grab an end in each hand. Now hang from the towel as long as you can. If you have enough force you can pull yourself up until your chin is higher than your hands. Do 2 sets with as many reps as possible.
